Here are a few things to expect from our inspections:

Our technicians will introduce themselves by company and their name when they arrive.
No additional work will be performed without permission from customer.
All the old equipment and debris will be removed once the job is complete.
Technician will review your new system with you and answer any questions you may have on your equipment.
All paperwork to be signed off by the customer once the job is complete and the customer is satisfied.
Within the next several days upon installation you will receive a call from our office to ensure your equipment is running satisfactorily and answer any questions you may have.

Maintenance Costs

Air conditioner: $110.00 plus GST

We also have combined services for the following:

Furnace and heat pump/air conditioner combo: We will perform an inspection and service to two appliances for $205.00 plus GST

Please note that service can only be done if all units are in good working condition.
